About TheRecordXchange®

TheRecordXchange is the court transcript management and records request platform built exclusively for courts. SOC 2 Type II certified, browser-based, and vendor-agnostic — TRX gives courts full control of the court record without proprietary hardware or complex software.

What TRX Is Built For

TRX exists to solve one problem: courts lose time, money, and control because transcript management was never designed for them. Records live in disconnected systems. Requests are tracked in spreadsheets. Reporters spend hours on logistics instead of transcription. TheRecordXchange replaces that friction with a single, audited platform — built by people who spent years working inside court systems, not around them.

Why Courts Choose TRX

Four attributes set TRX apart from generic document platforms and legacy transcript systems.

SOC 2 Type II Certified

An independent auditor verified TRX's security controls across a sustained audit period — not just a point-in-time assessment. Your court's data is protected by audited, continuously monitored controls.

Browser-Based — No Software to Install

TRX runs entirely in any standard web browser. Courts access the full platform without installing software, managing updates, or opening firewall exceptions for client applications.

Vendor-Agnostic by Design

TRX works with any recording system already in place. Courts are never locked into proprietary hardware or forced to replace existing equipment to use the platform.

Built Exclusively for Courts

Every workflow, permission model, and feature in TRX was designed around how courts actually operate — not adapted from a generic document management system.
