Requesting court records through TRX is a four-step process — no account required to get started at most courts.

Enter the case number or party name to locate your case in the participating court's docket.
Select the records you need
Choose from available transcripts, audio recordings, docket copies, or other court records.
Submit your request and pay any applicable fees
Review the court's fee schedule, complete the online payment, and submit your request.
Receive your records electronically
Completed records are delivered to your inbox or available for secure download — no courier, no pickup.
What you can order
Available record types depend on the court and the specific case. Most participating courts support the following:
- Certified transcripts — Official verbatim transcripts prepared or certified by the court.
- Audio or video recordings — Where permitted by court order and applicable law.
- Docket copies — Copies of docket sheets and case history.
- Other court records — Additional filings or documents as permitted by the court.

Frequently asked questions
- How long does it take to receive records?
- Turnaround time varies by court. Most requests are fulfilled within the timeframe set by each participating court. You will receive status updates through the platform as your request is processed.
- How much does it cost to order court records?
- Fees are set by each individual court per their fee schedule. The applicable fee will be displayed before you submit your request. No hidden charges.
- Is my payment secure?
- Yes. All transactions are processed through a SOC 2 Type II certified platform. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on TRX servers.
