Recap — NACM Annual Conference, Jacksonville

The NACM Annual Conference was a great week in Jacksonville.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by. It was a pleasure talking with court staff from across the country about managing the record, reducing transcript backlogs, access to justice, and where AI genuinely helps in the courtroom.

This year's theme, America 250: Preserving the Rule of Law in the Age of Rapid Change, framed a lot of those conversations. The tools change quickly. The responsibility to protect an accurate, accessible record does not.

It was good to show TRX TranscriptionPro™ (TPro) and the rest of the TRX product suite in person, and even better to hear how courts are thinking about the work.

It was also good to spend time with our partners on the exhibit floor, including the team at JAVS.
